Co Brand Terms and Condition

1. Ordering and Delivery:

Once production is complete, your bottles are shipped via sea freight, typically taking 8 to 12 weeks for the entire process.

2. Pricing:

Co-branded pricing is quoted in USD and converted to LKR using the CBSL (Central Bank Sri Lanka) exchange rate at the time of invoicing for advance and balance payments.

3. Payment Terms:

We require a 70% advance payment upon order confirmation, with the remaining 30% due upon delivery.

4. Transparent Pricing:

Our prices include manufacturing costs (base color, logo printing or engraving), shipping, customs duties, and clearing. Delivery within Colombo is included to avoid unexpected costs.

5. Adaptable to Changes:

We maintain compliance with local regulations to ensure that our partnerships remain beneficial and hassle-free for all parties involved.
